Additional services allow you to get the support if you need it to launch, run and settle the promotion. Frequently you do this work by yourself. For your convenience, we can take over these tasks from you. The additional services involve additional charges billed together with the system fee.
Preparation of terms and conditions
We cooperate on ongoing basis with a law firm and a tax adviser hence we are up to date with the latest legislation and interpretations from the tax authorities.
We can prepare terms and conditions for you for one of the following promotional campaigns:

- an incentive programme, either for external sales network and for internal staff
- a referral programme, such as 'Member gets member'
- lottery - we have all the necessary permissions to organize and execute it

Our system has a built-in website template that allows you to create a simple promotional page. The website will contain registration form, promotion terms and conditions, as well as a description of particular steps to be taken in order to win a prize.
If you need a specific, more developed website than the one provided by Promomanager, we can create such a page for you and host it on our servers. We will integrate such a page with registration form generated in our system the way you will not notice the different origin of both.

Running a hotline
In any promotion, the participant should be able to contact the organiser. Most often, a hotline is set up for this purpose and a contact e-mail address is available to anyone who may be interested.
Phone calls and e-mails from participants will not distract you from your ongoing work.
They will be answered by people who deal with customer calls on a daily basis.
Handling complaints
Complaints need to be dealt with within a certain timeframe, usually defined in terms and conditions.
If there are no resources on your side for this activity, we can take care of it. You only pay for the result of our work - a fixed rate for solving each complaint case.
You can take care of all the important things that fill your agenda and be sure that no key deadlines for sending a complain response are missed.

If the nature of your business is that you have an extensive sales force that needs to be thoroughly informed about the promotions, we can handle the communication of this information.

Promotional lottery is a special case of promotion because to run it you need to be compliant to the Act of Gambling. The Act clearly describes what conditions have to be met in order to prepare and execute a lottery and what financial liability organiser bears if these conditions are not met.
The lottery requires a lot of paperwork and prior to its start we have to apply for permission to the Director of the Tax Administration Chamber, who has up to two months to issue it.
The drawing of the winners follows clearly defined procedure. The lottery also means increased costs, as the fee for holding the lottery depends on the value of the prizes and, in addition, a bank guarantee must be obtained to secure the release of the prizes.

Verification of the quality and correctness of entries
In some promotions it is necessary to collect proof of purchase, e.g. a scan of purchase receipt, or other type of attached files, such as photos or videos.
Each entry must be formally verified. E.g. the scan of each receipt must be checked and confirmed that it contains proper proof of purchase. Only verified entries that requirements can be qualified to the pool from which the winners are selected or drawn.

Once we have verified all contest entries, a special committee selects the winners. The final selection is up to all committee members.

You do not have to search for suppliers of prizes for your promotional activities. If you want someone else to complete all the not-so-exciting logistics and store the prizes until they are delivered to winners, outsource this to our team.
We have a network of contacts that enables us to negotiate good prices for many types of prizes. We can also store them for you until they are redeemed.
Prize delivery to winners
Whether you need to deliver prizes in the form of e-codes, gift cards, vouchers, specified articles or in the form of cash sent directly to winner account, we can deliver them on your behalf.
Simultaneously, we will also collect confirmations of prizes delivery to be 100% compliant with legal regulations and be sure they went to the right people.
